Call your buddies on the phone if they are offline on Facebook chat, YM, Skype etc.
Do not be tempted during TV commercials to check back your online friends for the thousandth time.
Try to get out of the house at least once a week, necessary or not.Last, but not least, Remember to go to bed sometime. The internet will always be there tomorrow!
