Health Tips for Computer and Internet Addicts

Here's a simple but very helpful health tip for those who stay very long time in front of their PCs. This is vital be known and should be practiced by those addicted to computer amusements like online games, facebook, youtube, and even call center agents and office workers. 

This “PC addiction exercise” to protect your eyes and body is called 20-20-20. And this is why:

20 Tip #1:

After every 20 minutes of looking into your computer screen, turn your head around and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

20 Tip #2:

Every 20 minutes try to blink your eyes for 20 consecutive times, this is to moisten them and avoid irritation.

20 Tip #3:

Every 20 minutes you should stand and walk away from your computer. This helps blood circulation for your entire body.

That’s 20-20-20, so in cases where you are working on your computer for extensive hours, always remember this 20-20-20 routine :)
